I'm male, and I had consultations with Director Lee Byung-hoe for rhinoplasty and Director Seo Beom-shin for cheekbone surgery. Director Seo Beom-shin looked at my CT and photos, honestly said contouring wouldn't have an effect, and sent me back. He was pleasant throughout the consultation, and I liked that there was no overtreatment. He also advised me to practice smiling a lot. Director Lee Byung-hoe said I don't have much septal cartilage, so he recommended autologous costal cartilage, and he seemed to prefer autologous costal cartilage the most. He said if I have osteotomy for my hump nose and use autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, my nose would improve a lot, and he seemed confident.
