I went in as a man to consult with Director Lee Byeong-hoe about nose surgery and Director Seo Beom-shin about cheekbone surgery. Director Seo Beom-shin looked at the CT and photos and honestly told me that contouring would not have much effect, then sent me back. He was cheerful throughout the consultation and I liked that there was no overtreatment. He also advised me to practice smiling a lot. Director Lee Byeong-hoe said I do not have much septal cartilage, so he recommended autologous costal cartilage. He seemed to prefer autologous costal cartilage the most, and said that if I had hump-nose osteotomy plus autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, my nose would improve a lot. He seemed confident.
