The director is so kind and consults with such sincerity Even when I ask about all sorts of things, they never seem annoyed and explain everything. More than anything, they really listen to my thoughts. There was absolutely no pressure, and I could feel that they were trying to understand what I wanted and what I was thinking. I’m not sure if it was the manager, but the other staff members were also kind.
