The director is so kind and really puts a lot of care into the consultation too T_T Even when I ask about various things, they do not get annoyed and explain everything. More than anything, they really listen to my thoughts. I could feel that there was absolutely no pressure, and that they were trying to understand what I wanted and what I was thinking. I am not sure if the other person was the manager, but the other staff members were kind too
