First, I went there on time, but the wait was way too long. I think I waited over an hour. It was the first consultation on my clinic-hopping list, and maybe the surgery before my slot ran long, but it took a long time. The manager was kind, and I had gone because I liked the before-and-after surgery photos, but because of the wait, I was already a bit upset while receiving the consultation. As soon as the director came in, I had said I needed to leave at a certain time because of my next consultation, and they gave off a feeling like, since I had to go quickly, “how am I supposed to explain this~?” From that point, I think I just decided I should not do it here. They did not seem to consider how long I had waited, and I felt bad about why they would say it that way I just talked quickly and came out. Consultation cut off at 5 minutes.
