The doctor clearly explained what was possible and what was not, and showed me a virtual face to demonstrate what would happen if I had the surgery, so it was good to be able to see the before and after. They were very late for the consultation because of surgery, but since they also said they would personally perform the operation, I was okay with it. The consultation manager also took care of various things so that it would not be boring, and overall I was satisfied with the consultation.
