The director only told me exactly the parts that needed to be done, and didn’t seem to excessively recommend things that weren’t necessary. Also, the director seemed to prioritize safety a lot, and because I wanted to be certain during the consultation, I paid extra and got a CT scan too. He looked at it very thoroughly and treated me comfortably and warmly. He made something like a simulated image, and with that I could predict to some extent how much it would change. He seemed very confident about noses, so I could trust him.
