I found out about a clinic through a friend’s introduction and had a consultation, and the director said it could be improved with implant-free nose surgery. At other places, I had mostly heard that silicone would be needed, so I felt relieved. From what I heard around me, side effects can happen because of implants, so I was worried.
The director also asked if I had a nose style I wanted, and I said I would be happy just to get rid of the hump nose and arrow-shaped nose feel. He also asked whether I preferred something natural or something more glamorous. Of course I liked natural, so I said I wanted something natural, but thinking about it, I felt it would be okay if it showed a little, so on the surgery day I asked him to make it slightly? noticeable.
I’m pretty satisfied with the surgical result, and people around me all say it turned out well. I like that the hump and arrow-shaped nose feel have been reduced a lot. The director said that with implant-free surgery, once the swelling goes down, some unevenness may remain, but even so, I think this is better than expected. And when the nose changes, the overall mood of the face changes a lot too. At first, the cotton made breathing and sleeping a bit uncomfortable, but nothing else was uncomfortable at all, and they took good care of the aftercare too, so I was really grateful. When my friends and coworkers say they want nose surgery too, I recommend the place where I had mine done lol The director is kind and seems very skilled. I’ll write another review after the swelling goes down.
