It’s been such a long time since I came on here haha
I had mine done with Sebbin Integrity at Note in February, so it’s already been six months since surgery, and my first summer has passed too. Even though these are swimsuits I always wore this summer, they feel different now, and I’m so happy wearing all kinds of sleeveless tops with just nipple patches on. I just keep thinking I should’ve done it sooner!!! Worrying really only delays time! Of course it’s right to think carefully about side effects and everything, but if you’re like me and think about it for years and will end up doing it anyway, I recommend doing it even one day sooner. Now I barely have any discomfort, and I started working out again from month 4. Sometimes the inframammary fold area tingles, or when I do chest exercises, the feeling of the implant moving feels awkward, but I’m making sure not to overdo it, so it’s good! The inframammary fold incision scars are still dark, but I’m waiting while thinking time is the best medicine.
