My dad had lower eyelid fat repositioning 3 weeks ago, and it healed faster than expected without looking too obvious. I went as the guardian instead of my mom, and after the surgery my dad worried the whole time at first because of the bruising, but after a little while he was happy and said he looked younger. My dad is a bit blunt and picky, so he had a lot of questions from the consultation, and I was a little concerned about his tone, but the director and staff accommodated him well all the way through the day of surgery. Other than the bruising being a bit severe, it was fine.
