I think getting rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage as the director recommended was a stroke of genius! Just looking at people around me, there are many cases where they had rhinoplasty and then the nasal tip changed, so they eventually had revision rhinoplasty. But even now, my nasal tip is staying firm and well maintained, and my overall nose shape has settled into my face much more naturally than at first. People who don’t know I had rhinoplasty say my nose is pretty, maybe because it doesn’t look unnatural and they think it’s my natural nose line. At times like that, I feel grateful to the director.. haha and just laugh it off. It feels so thrilling~
