Lateral canthoplasty does make the eyes look ㄷ-shaped… There is some scarring too, but there’s no such thing as a perfect surgery. This was my second lateral canthoplasty, and my overall impression did improve compared to before the revision surgery. If you asked whether I would do it again, I’m not sure. My impression did improve, but revision surgery is still something that you should be more cautious about.
Thinking about it, the choice was mine, and I think I have some side effects because I got a bit greedy. If you are moderately ambitious, I think you can get good results. Just do lateral canthoplasty only once ㅠ
