The consultation manager seemed older and like a veteran with a long career. However, her unquestioning loyalty to the director was too apparent. That may be good among colleagues at work, but for a patient who came in for a consultation, it actually seems to lower trust a little The director’s consultation felt very professional, and his clear proposal about the diagnosis of my nose, what design would suit my face, and how the surgery would be performed felt trustworthy. I felt like this was the hospital, but even after hearing all the explanations, I was still afraid of Gore-Tex, so I couldn’t make a reservation right away.
