The consultation manager seemed older and like a veteran with long experience. However, there was such unquestioning loyalty toward the director that while that may be good among coworkers at the workplace, for patients coming in for a consultation, it actually makes the clinic feel a little less trustworthy T_T The director’s consultation felt very professional, and the diagnosis of the nose and what design would suit the face, as well as how the surgery would be done, was presented clearly and felt reliable. This felt like the right hospital, but even after hearing the full explanation, I still could not immediately book because I am afraid of Gore-Tex.
