I had surgery to tidy up my face because I had a lot of facial fat. But after removing the cheek fat, it feels like my cheekbones stand out more instead. Rather than looking at the face overall, they seem to focus on removing fat. I’m not extremely satisfied with the surgery, but there is almost no swelling, to the point that you can even go to work the next day.
