I had surgery to reduce facial fat because I had a lot of it. But after removing the cheek fat, my cheekbones feel even more prominent. It seems like they focus more on removing fat than on the overall balance. The surgery was not extremely satisfying, but the swelling was almost nonexistent, so I could go to work the next day.
