After nose surgery, my nose looks pointed from the side, but blunt from the front. If anything, it has less definition than before. Could it be because they didn’t define the contour during surgery? It’s hard to call it swelling, because other people all seem to have some contour as the swelling goes down, but mine has no boundary between the nasal ala and the nasal tip, as if it’s completely pressed down. It would be hard to get an AS revision for this reason, right?
