I had implant-free rhinoplasty 2 years ago! First of all, the hospital was clean and everyone was kind. Also, among all the hospitals I had been to up to that point, they gave the most detailed consultation. They showed materials on a tablet and explained things like how rhinoplasty is performed, so it felt very trustworthy. They didn’t recommend unnecessary procedures at all, and there was no pressure to write a review. I had said I wanted to improve my bulbous nose, and even though it was implant-free, when the splint came off, I remember being really surprised because my nasal tip had become much slimmer and higher! Even now, 2 years later, I haven’t had a single side effect and I’m really, really satisfied.
