About 3 years ago, I had revision nose surgery using donated costal cartilage and silicone. The consultant was very kind, but she pushed the deposit really hard and pushed surgery hard too. When I actually saw the director, as soon as he saw my face he said, “Why the nose? It’s just right, why do it again?” The consultant next to him looked flustered.. But my previous nose was too natural, and I like a noticeable look, so I didn’t listen to the director and had revision surgery. I’m sincerely satisfied with the surgery, but there is so much scar tissue inside my nose that whenever I pick my nose, I can feel bumpy areas. Also, my skin is thin, and maybe because it was raised too much, when my condition isn’t good my nose swells and turns red, and unlike my previous nose there are times when I feel, huh? this feels unstable? If no problems develop here, I’m very satisfied with the surgical result
