About 3 years ago I had revision nose surgery using donated rib cartilage and silicone. The manager was extremely kind, but the deposit pressure was severe and the surgery pressure was severe too. When I actually met the director, as soon as he saw my face he said, why the nose? It is already just right, why do it again? The manager next to him looked flustered.. But my old nose was so natural that as someone who likes a noticeable look, I ignored the director and got the revision. I am honestly very satisfied with the surgery, but the scar tissue inside my nose is so severe that every time I pinch my nose I can feel the bumpy areas. And because I have thin skin and they lifted it too much, whenever I am in poor condition my nose swells and turns red, and unlike my old nose there are periods when I think, huh? this feels uneasy. If no problem occurs here, the surgical result itself is very satisfying.
