The strengths of the consultation are that they clearly tell you the limitations, the director is full of confidence, and it feels professional. However, they focused so much on the limitations that it made me wonder whether getting nose surgery is even the right choice, and I thought the director's firm personal opinions could be both an advantage and a disadvantage
