I really liked that the waiting time was short, and the manager was not excessive, just appropriately kind. I also liked that she didn’t watch from the side during the consultation. During the consultation with the director, the line was so much my style that I was tempted. The director also had a good personality, and I was about to end the consultation, but they told me I could ask more questions, so I asked a storm of questions and came back.
