Overall, compared with my eyes, nose, and mouth, my facial contour was large and had masculine aspects, so I had a consultation for facial contouring surgery. I wanted more of an actor-like look rather than an overly doll-like line or idol look, and they kindly explained things accordingly. I liked everything they explained, but even though my ears are low, they said the mandibular angle under the ear should be left, so that bothered me a bit. If it weren’t for that, I would have done it here right away...
