Since it was my first consultation, I was very nervous, but both the consultation manager and the director were kind, so I was able to receive the consultation comfortably. The director looked up photos with me and thought through my preferred face shape together with me, and explained the surgical method and other details thoroughly. The consultation manager also responded kindly, and I liked that there was no pressure to pay a deposit.
