The things I regret most after surgery are 1. The posterior cheekbone was left unshaved with a step-off remaining (to the point where the step-off can clearly be felt by hand), so the frontal width did not decrease 2. The pin fixation on the right side came loose, so the pin keeps sticking to and separating from under the skin (when I press it, the pin goes right in, and when I move my jaw, it pops back out), and there is a sound from the cheekbone I have no choice but definitely to get the pins remo…
