The doctor is kind. He explains calmly, analyzes quickly, and picks things up well. But the consultant manager assigned to me was not that great. From the clinic's perspective, questions about CCTV or aftercare may feel burdensome, but she answered in a stiff, clipped way with only short replies. I thought communication would probably be difficult later when I needed something too. She definitely didn't feel like someone who was good at her job.
