The doctor was kind, explained things calmly, and was quick and good at understanding the situation. However, the consultation manager who handled me was not very good. From the hospital's perspective, CCTV or aftercare questions may be burdensome, but she answered everything in very short, clipped replies. I felt that even when I needed communication later, it would be difficult. Definitely did not seem like someone who is good at her job.
