Orthodontic treatment is hell, annoying, and the period of not looking pretty is way too long, but the retention period feels too short. How are you supposed to wear a retainer forever at nightㅜㅜ I realized after dental orthodontic treatment that nothing in the world lasts forever. Compared with all the money I poured into it, it’s just okay. It doesn’t feel like the effect is maximized for the money.
