Before: above - before surgery, below - after surgery
I had alar lift, alar thickness reduction, and columella lift surgery at a clinic. Since I had an upturned nose with a lot of nostril show, I was very worried that the nostril shape would stand out even more after surgery, but I am satisfied because I think my impression has become naturally softer. There is still swelling near the nasal tip, so I am waiting for the swelling to go down. The scar is located underneath, so other people can barely notice it, and it has faded a lot.
