It has been one month since I had posterior hump nose correction + long nose correction + osteotomy. First of all, I proceeded without an implant, and since the hump on my nose had been bothering me a bit in daily life, I looked into several plastic surgery clinics. Dr. Kim Da-alm at Oblige Plastic Surgery seemed to understand the condition of my nose the best, and more than anything, I wanted it to look less obvious and natural, so I chose the clinic. First, when viewed from the side/profile, I’m satisfied because the hump is now gone, and the subtle bluntness that only I knew about has also disappeared. As of one month post-op, I’m satisfied. I do feel like there is still slight swelling around the glabella and nasal tip, but I hope it gradually settles into place more naturally.
