I had a consultation with Director Choi at Apgujeong Seoul. My nasal tip is on the blunt side, but my nose is overall low, so he said there would still be a change if it were raised to look more defined. But since my skin is a bit thick, he said I shouldn't expect a dramatic effect from the front view... He mentioned silicone and septal cartilage, and said silicone is a safe implant. He said most rhinoplasty side effects can be prevented, so rather than having a consultation while worrying about those things, we should think about whether the surgery would make things better than now. Honestly, I think the consultation was good, and I'm going to visit Kowon this week and compare. I heard Kowon specializes in noses, so I'm thinking of getting a functional consultation there too, but I wonder if they also tend to speak honestly...
