A review 1 year and 2 months after getting buried-suture double eyelid surgery at ㅌㅌ in central Ansan The surgery felt like it took 10 minutes I only had one side done, cost 55 Including anesthetic eye drops before surgery, waiting after anesthesia, etc., I think it took about 30-40 minutes total Since it was a simple buried-suture procedure, I was planning to just do it at a nearby clinic, so I went to lots of consultations at hospitals in Ansan. The director was very confident and the consultation was long, so I decided to have surgery here. I did have some regrets like... I should’ve just gone to Gangnam and gotten it prettier for a cheaper price... But among my friends who had buried-suture double eyelids in Gangnam, there aren’t many cases like mine where there’s no visible line when the eyes are closed, no scarring, basically no signs at all, and it doesn’t come undone, so I’m just satisfied. Especially when you close your eyes or look downward, even with buried sutures, there’s usually a line.. but I have none at all
The photos are from about 2 months after and about 1 month after. There’s some swelling and it’s pretty dark. I had 3 stitches, and if you look at the photo you can tell the very front stitch and the middle stitch are, ha... connected in a straight line, and it looked so bad that for 2 months after surgery I almost got depressed haha Since I only did one side especially, I had hoped it would look exactly like the side I didn’t do, so even more... In the photo, the eye I didn’t do looks like it barely has a double eyelid, but that’s just because it’s a photo; in real life it’s very defined and has a fairly high outline.. But honestly, in real life even back then... people couldn’t really tell whether the line was straight or whether the two sides were differentㅎ They could just tell, like, one side’s line is lower than the side I didn’t do... But how could I expect them to be perfectly identical, sigh.. It’s my fault for only doing one side, I guess. But I don’t regret it!
Now I’m satisfied. If I’d done it somewhere else and the line had been super dark and obvious (like my friend..), compared with that, I think it’s fortunate that here the surgery time was short, there’s no scar, and it’s not obvious, even though I’m a bit dissatisfied with the shape. Since I was so worried about scarring, the director said normally only the knot area, one stitch, is sutured, but for me he sutured all 3 stitchesㅎ..
The surgery is clean and the surgery time is short... but whether it’s the director’s aesthetic sense... or his hands are a bit imprecise, the line isn’t very clean.. Still, if you want safety, naturalness, and no scarring, I recommend itㅎ But make sure to say exactly!! what you want. The connection between the line segments, that everything connects naturally, exactly how many millimeters the line height should be, how much should show when the eyes are open, etc... If you explain these details, I think he’ll match it. Ah, if you want an outline, I recommend saying you want the very front stitch placed close to the inner corner of the eye, where exactly you want it placed.. I think mine became straight because it was placed too far forwardㅠ I thought buried-suture double eyelid surgery would be fine even if it was done casually, but looking around me too... I may be picky, but cases that turned out extremely well aren’t that common. Just tell the director everything you want like you have obsessive-compulsive disorder!~ Don’t regret it like me.... haha
