I had a really hard time going in for the consultation, but did they really have to call me in just to tell me in the end that they couldn’t do the surgery? I went after reading a review from someone who had lower blepharoplasty, but they said it can’t be done because I had lower blepharoplasty. I had already mentioned it over the phone before the consultation, but they wasted my time. Even though I was the only one there, the staff seemed busier chatting among themselves.
