It took a lot of effort to go for the consultation, so I really wondered why they had to call me in just to tell me in the end that surgery couldn't be done. I went after reading someone else's review of lower eyelid surgery, but they said I couldn't have it because I had already had lower eyelid surgery I had already explained this by phone during the consultation in advance, but it just wasted my time. The staff seemed busier chatting with each other even though I was the only one there
