When I received the consultation, I first consulted with the consultant, but I didn't really feel that she was particularly kind. It felt a bit like she only said what she wanted to say.. But when I consulted with the director, he explained things in great detail and answered everything I asked. I asked so many questions that it could have been annoying, but he kindly explained each one, so I was grateful.
