When I went for a consultation, I first spoke with the manager, and I did not really get the impression that she was very kind. It felt a bit like she was just talking about what she wanted to say.. But when I met the director for the consultation, he explained things in great detail and answered everything I asked. I asked so many questions that it must have been annoying, but I was grateful that he kindly explained everything one by one.
