I had double eyelid surgery 5 years ago. At that time I had an incisional procedure, and they consulted with me very kindly and carried it out with the incisional method I wanted. They made the double eyelid line nicely without making it feel burdensome. It is loosening a bit now, but I was satisfied from right after the surgery until the 3rd year!
