The clinic where I had the procedure before injected the filler in about five big chunks, so the filler was clumped, and it looked very obvious that I had had a procedure. The director looked at it and said it seemed like it needed to be dissolved, so I dissolved it (the dissolving injection hurt so much, sob) and got it done again. Unlike the previous clinic, where they injected five big chunks without anesthetic injections, the meticulous design, with what felt like 40 injections including anesthetic shots, was definitely much more satisfying. The end of my upper lip protrudes, and after orthodontic treatment my oral structure moved inward, making my lips curl inward. I think they expanded my lips overall in as detailed and meticulous a way as possible, even if not perfectly.
