The clinic I had been to before injected filler in big clumps about five times, so the filler was clumped together and the procedure showed a lot. The director looked at it and said it seemed like it should be dissolved, so they dissolved it (the dissolving injection hurt a lot, sigh) and then injected it again. Compared with the previous clinic, where they stabbed me five times in big clumps without any anesthetic injection, the careful design, with what felt like about 40 injections including the anesthetic injections, was much more satisfying. The upper edge of my lip stuck out, and after the correction my oral structure had moved inward and curled in; they expanded my lips as thoroughly and carefully as possible overall, if not perfectly.
