I kept worrying about it alone and couldn't decide on a direction, so I didn't even know what to say during the consultation and spoke vaguely, but they judged things well on their own and made it pretty. I think their aesthetic sense and skills are both good. But I think it's best to clearly tell them what you don't like. It feels like the corners of my mouth became slightly like 'kyu,' so it's bothering me a bit I plan to mention it at the retouch. For reference, the price includes mouth corner Botox and retouching!
