I kept worrying about it on my own, and because I could not settle on a direction, I felt lost even about what to say at the consultation, so I spoke vaguely, but they judged things well on their own and made it pretty. Their aesthetic sense and skill both seem good. But I think it would be better to clearly say what you dislike. The lip corners ended up looking a bit pouty, so that is bothering me a little I plan to mention it at the touch-up. For reference, the price includes lip-corner Botox and a touch-up!
