As for the manager, I am not sure!? But the director was extremely thorough in the consultation and I really liked how professionally and in detail they explained everything! I remember the price went up a bit if I switched to stem cells, and if I did two areas together there was a bit more discount. Anyway, the manager was so-so, but I remember the director being trustworthy. But I also remember the facilities being a bit disappointing..
