Out of the places I consulted, this was the one where both the manager and the director were kind and I was satisfied~ There is a bit of a wait, though. The manager explained the consultation in detail and made it feel comfortable. Really great. The director also looked at everything in detail and never rushed me or anything like that, so I felt at ease.
