The director is someone who really gives great consultations. Because of that, they probably do a lot of surgeries, so there were quite a few people waiting, and when I asked about surgery scheduling, the calendar was already somewhat booked up.. But the consultation manager suggested booking on the same day and talked about cash payment (real cash, not bank transfer), so that took away some points for me It seems fine if you go based only on the director!
