Day 3 review after nose surgery - Review from an extreme crybaby F..!

It’s day 3 since my nose surgery..! Today I had the cotton removed from my nose. Nose surgery isn’t something to take lightly. I really think it’s right to do it only when you have a doctor you truly like and confidence about your nose, so I’m leaving this review!

On the day of surgery, I still had the anesthesia in me and was excited about my nose, so I managed even after sleeping sitting up for almost 3 hours? On day 1 after surgery, I went to the clinic for dressing, and I kept using compresses to control swelling, so it was okay even without much sleep! On day 2 after surgery, I had to start enduring at home with the cotton.... Since there was something inside my nose, tears kept flowing. The opened incision area of my nose also seemed to hurt, and the situation where I could barely sleep was hard too.. Not being able to eat was also hard.. It was seriously painful.

Today, day 3 after surgery, I went to the clinic to have the cotton removed from my nose. On the way there, I really couldn’t wear a mask... When I walked, I got out of breath, but I couldn’t breathe through my nose at all, and breathing through my mouth felt limited? It was seriously so painful.

At that moment, I felt why choosing the clinic well matters, and that I had chosen well. I know that no one can get me through this hard point for me, but if they had been indifferent like, “That’s normal,” I feel like I would have felt really upset. (My eyes were already teary because of the cotton...ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ) Since I’m an F, if they had just factually said first, “It’s because we incised your hump nose... Take separate medication when it hurts...” I really think I would have felt hurt. How should I put it.... I know I chose this and did it to become prettier... but it felt like they were the ones who made me hurt?

This is my first nose surgery, and I don’t know at all what a reaction to inflammation is like. So if it hurts more than on other days, I can’t help but worry and get sensitive, and I liked that they fully empathized with that part. Honestly, because I couldn’t sleep either, I think I reacted really sensitively to the pain!

First they removed the splint and checked my nose... There was some blood pooled inside, so they squeezed the blood out... I endured it while thinking that becoming prettier is hard, but I couldn’t help the tears flowing helplessly.

For people like me who don’t tolerate pain well or easily have a mental breakdown, I think the clinic atmosphere is really important.

Right now the swelling is also at its peak, so I’m depressed because I look ugly... If they hadn’t acknowledged the pain too, I would have felt like I was dropped alone in the middle of the vast ocean....

Seriously... when you get consultations, nose shape matters too, of course, because you only know after surgery... But I hope you do it with confidence at a place where you feel like, overall, the staff and clinic atmosphere seem to suit me? ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ For older sisters who are T types and like facts, this might be a hard review to read ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

Today I went to the clinic and came back comforted that there were no problems, so that was really good. Now all that’s left is removing the stitches and taking off the splint! They said I don’t need to apply any ointment separately here..! So I’m just going to touch it as little as possible...! My face is insanely dirty... seriously ㅎ...
