The doctor had surgery, so my consultation time was changed the day before, but even though I went at the new time, I still waited about 40 minutes. The manager was also kind, and they took a CT scan to explain the current issues accurately, and even looked inside my nose with an endoscope. They didn’t go into deep detail about the surgery overall, but they explained my current issues clearly and kindly. I was recommended autologous tissue.
