Review of nose surgery at that hospital with all the rumors (day of surgery)

Nose surgery (nose surgery/paranasal augmentation/cat surgery) Surgical method: septal cartilage/partial sedation anesthesia Medpor, autologous dermis

Day of surgery

: I was originally scheduled for nose surgery and paranasal augmentation, but during the final consultation before surgery, the director said it would be good to do cat surgery as well, so I added it before surgery and had them done together.

Before the surgery, the director read through the precautions with me and explained everything in detail. He said Medpor is what people commonly refer to as silicone, and people say it has side effects, but those cases occur when enough AlloDerm or autologous dermis is not used. He also said that in a small percentage of some patients, silicone itself may not suit their body, and in that case, the silicone would have to be removed.

And because I had previously had Hiko, he explained that my case would be done not as a simple nose surgery but as revision rhinoplasty. Before the surgery, the director personally took photos with a camera. After taking all the photos, he told me that my original nose was asymmetrical, which was fascinating. For over 20-something years, I had never known that my nose was crooked or that my nostrils were uneven, but he told me that my nose was crooked and my nostrils were also uneven. But he explained that those things are not important at all, showing examples of celebrities. However, right after rhinoplasty, patients pay a lot of attention to their nose and feel these things strongly themselves, and although surgery tries to match things as much as possible, he told me there are limits. (((I once again realized that the director has very firm aesthetic standards. That said, rather than emphasizing a standardized beauty for everyone, if you want nose surgery but do not know what kind of nose you should get, I recommend going for a consultation. When the writer’s mom also went for a consultation thinking of having surgery together, he recommended a different nose shape for her.) He said that if I got a semi-ski-slope nose, my face would look longer, and told me I should get a straight nose. Since I am not a professional, I thought it was right to follow what the expert doctor said.

After my face was fully disinfected, I was worried that sedation anesthesia might not work, but after receiving sedation anesthesia, the director said they were now going to properly start the nose surgery. It was really boring. But I can say it was boring now because I am writing a review; in reality, I was so scared and afraid that I was extremely tense. It was a time of pain stronger than the feeling of getting dental treatment for a really long time. But there was hardly any pain because of the anesthesia. Still, the fear of experiencing the situation for the first time? And in the middle, they said they had to use more autologous dermis than originally planned, so they stopped the surgery and said they had to disinfect the autologous dermis in saline before using it. While waiting for that, I thought, now we are almost done, but I was shocked when they said the cat surgery and paranasal augmentation had not even started yet. They said the cat surgery and paranasal augmentation were to prevent my nose from becoming upturned, and because my alar base was buried, they would raise it while also raising the height of the nostril wings. Also, since my philtrum is on the shorter side, it was done to correct the mouth shape. They made an incision inside the lip under the nose and inserted silicone. It only hurt during anesthesia, and the rest was manageable. I had surgery while the radio was on. I went in a little before 12, and it ended close to 4. I did not feel anything even when getting dressed after surgery, but it hurt when I got antibiotics through an IV.

I left this in the comments, but I am leaving it in the main post too. Hello, I am the writer. A while ago, I posted either the day after or two days after taking off the bandage, saying I was really satisfied!!!! I even attached photos, but I deleted the post because I was worried the photos would spread too much. I am now almost 5 months post-op. After nose surgery, I have been told that my face looks smaller, and I think my overall vibe became a bit more refined without changing too drastically. And I think the uneven nostrils were corrected well somehow. (I don’t know why they scared me so much during the consultation.) And from the side profile, I think no one can beat me. I also think getting paranasal augmentation was a stroke of genius. Through paranasal augmentation, support was created for my long face, lifting the flesh that had been pressing down on my mouth shape, so my mouth shape was also corrected. (My drooping lips improved.) My nasal bridge is amazing. The straight nose turned out well. But they said the swelling still has not fully gone down and it will become even sharper, so I am looking forward to it. For reference, I gained about 5 kg compared to my weight at the time of surgery, but it still looks high and pretty.
