I had a very typical low nose, round nostrils, and a slightly upturned nose. I spent about 5 years filling it with filler, but after keeping it in for a long time, the bridge spread out and it looked worse. My already flat face looked even flatter ㅡㅡ, so I ended up having surgery. The doctor wasn't extremely friendly, but the consultation was good, and after seeing the surgical results I thought a million times, why didn't I do this sooner? For noses, honestly, surgery is the answer, not filler.
