The consultation manager was kind, but the way the front desk staff responded left me a bit upset. The director must be really busy or something, but during the post-op follow-up process, they wanted to get up and move on so quickly that I didn't even get to ask all the questions I had prepared. I don't really understand the progress after the surgery either. Right now, it feels a bit off.
