The consultation director was kind, but I was a bit put off by the way the front desk staff responded. I do not know whether the director was just extremely busy or what, but during the post-op follow-up process, they seemed to want to stand up and move on so quickly that I never got to ask all the questions I had prepared, and I do not really understand how the surgery went. At this point it is a bit like that.
